In the second of our series “Learning to walk through walls”, Mark Harbour talks about how the resurrection changes who we are! The invitation to live an adventurous expectant resurrection life (Romans 815-17 MSG) is an invitation to allow the same power that raised Jesus to life to break into our lives and transform us. Transformation from life controlled by the flesh, to a life of the Spirit. It is an invitation to understand what that life can be like and how we can partner with God in the process of spiritual formation.
In this talk we look at how there are some serious misunderstandings when it comes to worship and especially ‘sung’ worship and then using Psalm 95 look at how we as a Vineyard Church value the following it comes to being a worshipping community…
It is what we ultimately love that determines how we live: What we want to do, our longings and desires. Our ultimate love is what we worship. What we ultimately love, ultimately changes us, forms our identity and directs our thoughts and actions, our responses and attitudes.
Vineyard is a movement of churches that plant churches that plant churches. Today we celebrate “Church Planting Sunday” and are joined by two intrepid church planters, Tim & Hannah Illsley, who have planted Mansfield Vineyard. We asked them “Why them?”, “Why Mansfield?’ and “How do you plant a church?”
